front teeth replacement within 3 days
Patient came to MSR dentistry with a chief complaint of trauma before a week. During trauma he lost his lower front teeth and upper front teeth got broken.We first clinically examined the patient. On clinical examination we found mild mobility in relation to upper front teeth and missing lower three front teeth. Then we decided our treatment plan and explained it to the patient clearly.Patient wants the treatment to be done as soon as possible. As per our treatment plan we planned to do Root canal treatment in upper four front teeth and lower one front teeth as these have been noted with mild mobility & to proceed with implants in lower front teeth with crowns. We scheduled our treatment into three days & have planned to give permanent crown on the third visit. DAY 1 Root canal treatment done in upper four front teeth and implants placed in lower front teeth. DAY 2 Crown preparation done in upper four front teeth and lower one front teeth.
