Patient came to MSR dentistry with a  chief complaint of trauma before a week. During trauma he lost his lower front teeth and upper front teeth got broken.We first clinically examined the patient. On clinical examination we found mild mobility in relation to upper front teeth and missing lower three front teeth. Then we decided our treatment plan and explained it to the patient clearly.Patient wants the treatment to be done as soon as possible.
