Patient  aged 26 came to our MSR dentistry for smile correction.Patient puts main complaint  as proclined upper second front teeth on both the sidesShe wants to correct it in short span of time also.Considering her age and her requirements,we decided our treatment plan. First,we clinically examined our patient.On examination we found out that both the upper second front teeth (lateral incisor)is rotated and also proclined.Then we discussed on the case sheet.We have three treatment plans for the patient.First one is orthodontic treatment,where we used to put braces for months and get corrected.Second one is  treatment  root canal  ,here root canal is done followed by crown.Third one is venners,a complete aesthetic treatment. WHAT IS FLOSSING?  Flossing is a advanced technique of cleaning teeth.It includes wrapping a thread between fingers and  gently moves up and down between the teeth .It also includes cleaning below the gum line,which is very effective method for plaque removal. HOW TO DO FLOSSING? Flossing should be done after brushing. The correct order is :   brushing =>  flossing => mouth washing STEP 1 Using effective floss helps to prevent bleeding gums.Flossing thread usually made of nylon material.It is easy to move around the teeth.Take a nylon thread , leave 3 to 4 inches gap and wrap it around your middle finger.Use your index finger and thumb to hold it on.The 3 to 4 inches gap is the area which we are going to use for flossing. STEP 2 Then we should slowly move the flossing thread in between teeth.During th
