Patient aged 29 yrs came to our MSR dentistry with the chief complaint of bad breath and white deposits in his teeth.We first clinically examined the patient.On clinical examination we found the presence of calculus(tartar) and stains in their mouth.

We consulted the patient for cleaning.Patient is also ready for the treatment.So we did scaling (cleaning)in a perfect professional manner.Patient is also comfortable during and after the treatment.

We educated the patient with proper brushing technique  and also instructions to be followed after scaling.During review patient is very satisfactory and happy.
