ORAL HYGIENE INSTRUCTION

BRUSHING:

  • Brushing the teeth twice a day

FLOSSING:
  • Flossing every day

CHECK YOUR GUM:
  • Make sure the pink should be pink and gum line hugs the teeth tightly.
  • Your gum should not bleed while brushing.
AVOID SMOKING:
  • Smoking puts you risk of oral cancer and infection.
VISIT YOUR DENTIST:
  • Visit your dentist for every six months to dental examination and cleaning of teeth.
