Trefoil implants comes with three implants in lower mandibular jaw over which a customised & pre manufactured titanium bar will be fitted.Then your new teeth will be fixed over the bar.




Trefoil is only specified for lower mandibular jaw.Not recommend for upper maxillary jaw.

HOW TREFOIL WORKS?



New Trefoil system is made up of Passive fit of a Pre- Manufactured Titanium bar by using Self Adjusting Fixation Mechanisms & Just Three Implants. This System fit these three Implants on bone Over which the titanium bar is fitted approximately on lower jaw region.

HOW MANY DAYS IT WILL TAKE:

On the day of Implant surgery ,Three implants and teeth placed in lower jaw.

PROSTHETIC CONSTRUCTION



Impression and bite  will be taken over the pre-manufactured titanium bar.This will be sent to respective lab for prosthetic work.As this was a pre-manufactured bar ,we do not need any trail for the patients.Finally you will have a new smile on the day of surgery.

FOR EVERYONE WE CAN DO:



The main ingredient for trefoil implants is mental foramen.Yes if you have bone at the level of mental foramen,then you are the right candidate for trefoil implants.Once bone and mental foramen level is determined , trefoil implant placement will be planned by your Implantologist.


WHAT ARE DIAGNOSIS WE NEED TO TAKE:

We first go for CBCT (Cone beam Computerized Tomography) X ray for bone diagnosis.
