FULL MOUTH REHABILITATION USING DENTAL IMPLANTS
INTRODUCTION Dental implant is nothing but artificial root placed inside the bone.Implant is made up of titanium material which is most biologically safer.This is high tech tooth replacement procedure in dentistry.It resembles the natural teeth both in appearance as well as in functions like chewing ,speech,taste,etc. STEPS INVOLVED IN DENTAL IMPLANT PROCEDURE: PRE OPERATIVE PROCEDURES: 1.Clinical examination and consultation 2.Investigations: OPG, CBCT(as and when required) 3.Explanation about the procedure OPERATIVE PROCEDURES: DAY-1 Patient preparation Firstly,inorder to make the procedures painless and comfortable. We are giving Local anesthesia using a computerized painless injection. If patient is anxious about the procedure and afraid of facing it we also give conscious sedation for their comfort.
