FULL MOUTH REHABILITATION USING DENTAL IMPLANTS

INTRODUCTION 

                 Dental implant is nothing but artificial root placed  inside the bone.Implant is made up of titanium material which is most biologically safer.This is high tech tooth replacement procedure in dentistry.It resembles the natural teeth both in appearance as well as in functions like chewing ,speech,taste,etc.


STEPS INVOLVED  IN DENTAL IMPLANT PROCEDURE:

PRE OPERATIVE PROCEDURES:

1.Clinical examination and consultation

2.Investigations:  OPG, CBCT(as and when required)

3.Explanation about the procedure

OPERATIVE PROCEDURES:

DAY-1

  • Patient preparation 
  • Firstly,inorder to  make the procedures painless and comfortable.
  • We are giving Local anesthesia using a computerized painless injection.
  • If patient is anxious about the procedure and afraid of facing it we also give conscious sedation for their comfort.
  • Implants are placed using  2 different techniques
                    * Manual technique which is conventional and performed by a skilled Implantologist

                    * Semi robotic navigation surgery ,which is digitized , more accurate and predictable                                   outcome.

DAY-2
  
        The next day after implant placement ,Digital impression will take  using intra oral scanner.
                                                                                    
                                                                                                      






DAY-5
        
        Trial and correction will be done.If everything is ok for patient as well as doctor ,can proceed with final implant supported  denture.

DAY-10
  
          Fixing the final denture,we will check the aesthetics,chewing efficacy with apple biting.

    Hey! this is really an informative blog regarding dental implants.
    I want to share my recent experience regarding zygomatics implants I had gone under, first i thought that it will be painful or costly but LBR Dental implants were really good at it.
    They provides the best Zygomatic impants in India as they are affordable and their techniques are very good.
