Choose to be tobacco free .using tobacco products can stain your teeth and increase your risk of developing oral cancer. Want your child to stay cavity free? Ask your dentist if pit and fissures sealents are a good option for your child. check your mouth once in a month.Know whats normal if you have sore that does not heal within 2 weeks,get it checked by dentist.
