Patient came to our MSR dentistry with the chief complaint of decayed tooth and pain  in her right lower front tooth region. On clinically examined the patient and advised for an x ray.In x ray we found out that decay have been deep inside in three lower front teeth.So we decided treatment plan as root canal treatment and crown.
